Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026
Who we are. Suviq AI Advisory LLP (“Suviq”, “we”) is an AI consulting firm registered in Mumbai, India. This policy explains what information we collect through suviq.ai, why, and what your rights are. Questions or requests: sam@suviq.ai.
What we collect. When you join the Readiness Score queue, we collect your email address. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email and the details you choose to share. When the Readiness Score interview goes live, we will collect the business information you provide in it — and this policy will be updated before that launches. Like most websites, we also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) through cookies.
Why we collect it. To deliver what you asked for — your Readiness Report, your booked call, a reply to your message; to follow up about Suviq services you’ve expressed interest in; and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers below.
Who processes it. Your data is handled by the tools that run this site: Framer (website and forms), Google Workspace (email), Cal.com (booking), and Google Analytics (site usage). When the Readiness Score interview launches, it will additionally use Typebot (interview), n8n (processing) and Anthropic’s Claude API (report generation), under terms that prohibit training on your data. Each provider processes your information only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it. Until you ask us to delete it, or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever comes first. Engagement-related records may be kept longer where law or accounting obligations require it.
Your rights. You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sam@suviq.ai and we’ll act on it — deletion requests are honoured within 30 days. If you believe we’ve mishandled your data, you can raise a grievance to the same address, marked for Samarth Jain, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Where this applies. We operate under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you’re contacting us from elsewhere, we apply the same standards to your data.
Changes. If this policy changes materially — for example, when the Readiness Score interview launches — we’ll update this page and the date above.
