FOR ARBITRATORS IN INDIA
Arbitration Management System
Your matters, deadlines, filings and fees in one place, run from your own Google Workspace. Nothing reaches the record or the parties until you approve it.

Six things the system does for an arbitrator’s office. The tour below shows the system at work, on invented matters.
Orders become the timetable
read, then checked by you
Send your procedural order and its directions and sittings come back as a timetable to check and correct, including what is owed only “if any”.
A filing portal for counsel
each advocate, their own link
Counsel file through a personal link and get a dated receipt. A receipt records what arrived and when; it never says a filing is in time.
Fees and deposits
per party, with what is still due
Fee memos to the parties, payments you confirm, and each party’s balance, on your screen and on theirs.
It plays on its own with the sound off; turn it on for the music.
The system runs in the Tribunal’s own Google Workspace and its own Google Cloud project, paid for by the office directly. suviQ holds neither.
Party pleadings, evidence and submissions are never sent to any AI model. The AI reads only your own orders, and the sender, subject and attachment names of an email. The privacy notice, the AI-use statement and the retention statement, published at ams.suviq.ai, say what is kept, where, and for how long.

1 · The licence
An agreement with suviQ and a licence for your office, by the seat.
2 · The setting up
Your Workspace administrator runs one guided setting-up command, with suviQ’s guide beside it.
3 · Your matters
Each matter is entered from its first procedural order and read back to you. Nothing is sent until you make it live.
4 · Counsel
Once a matter is live, counsel receive their portal links and the timetable already recorded.
